CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE, PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
The policies in this section apply only to merchandise purchased using this Website. We are unable to accept exchanges, returns or price adjustments for merchandise bought in any retail stores or on other websites.
- Always put your jewelry on last, especially after you have finished applying your make-up, lotions, hairspray, perfume, etc.
- When undressing, remove jewelry items first, this will help insure that necklaces, bracelets, and earrings don't get caught on your clothes and get damaged.
- Don't wear jewelry in the bath or shower, remember water, soap, and other bath products can damage your jewelry.
- Don't wear jewelry in the pool, chlorine and salt water can damage your jewelry.
Cancellations: You can cancel an order by 3pm PST on the date you placed the order which will void the transaction completely. If you choose to cancel on a subsequent day, your credit card will be refunded the amount of the item(s) purchased. The refund may take up to 10 business days to show up on your credit card statement.
Returns & Exchanges: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange it in unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and issue.
Once the goods have been returned in accordance with the instructions above, your credit card or Crystal Wolf jewelry account will reflect the transaction refund, excluding shipping charges. If you requested an exchange, your new goods will be processed for shipment once the returned items are received and inspected. For credit card refunds, please allow up to 10-15 days for the refund to be reflected on your account. If you are returning a gift, you will receive store credit in the form of Credits, which can be applied to your next purchase at checkout.
Price Adjustments: We will be happy to honor price adjustments in the form of store credit for purchases made no more than 7 days before a sale on our Website.
Final Sale Items: Some of our items, such as all sale section items, are sold as a final sale. Other promotions, vouchers or Codes may not be combined with sale section or sample sale events. Please allow up to five business days for the sale items to be shipped. Sale section prices are for select styles and colors only and do not apply to other similar styles. Prices are valid only while supplies last.

Simple repairs may be provided to merchandise damaged as the result of normal wear. Repairs will typically take 7-14 days to receive back, but may take longer. Repair services are available only for merchandise purchased on our Website and will not be provided for merchandise bought in any retail stores or on other websites.
